Tiny Rhythm
The calm baby tracker. Feeds, sleep, diapers and pumping — one tap, day or night, entirely on your iPhone.

One tap, even half asleep.
The buttons are big because your eyes aren’t open yet. Tiny Rhythm remembers which side you fed from last and quietly suggests the other one — so there is nothing to remember and nothing to decide.
- Timers keep running on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island
- A night mode that goes warm and dim, so nobody wakes up
- Start a feed from your wrist, or just say “start nursing”

The week your nights started to settle.
Every day is a band from midnight to midnight: sleep in purple, feeds, diapers and pumping marked along it. Nothing is scored and nothing is compared — but after a few days the shape of your baby’s own rhythm is simply there to see.
- A week at a time, or the last 24 hours as a clock
- Tap any day to open it on its own
- Built from what you logged — never estimated or filled in

A whole day, on one clock.
The same day, drawn the way you actually think about it — as a circle. Sleep wraps the outside, every feed and change sits at the hour it happened, and the total time asleep sits in the middle.

On the WHO curves, not against them.
Weight, height and head circumference plotted on the World Health Organization’s international growth standards, with your baby’s own line running through them.
Countries often use their own national charts, so the percentile your pediatrician quotes may differ a little. It’s there for following your baby’s own curve — not as a verdict.

What they tried, and how it went down.
A tap marks a food as tried. If something didn’t agree with them, flag it — the food stays marked, and a note lands in the timeline so you have the dates in front of you at the next appointment.
- Common first foods grouped, with allergens called out
- Type to add anything that isn’t on the list
- A possible reaction shows up on the day’s card too

The rest of what a baby needs.
Medicines, temperatures, symptoms, vaccines, doctor visits and measurements — each one a couple of taps, each one landing in the same timeline. Add a photo to anything medical, because a rash is easier to show than to describe.
- A milk stash that counts fridge and freezer, oldest first
- A card that quietly appears when your baby is under the weather
- An export for the pediatrician when you need one

Without opening the app at all
Most logging happens with your hands full. So most of it doesn’t need the app.
Widgets & Lock Screen
How long since the last feed, right on the Home Screen — and buttons that log a diaper or start a timer without unlocking anything.
Apple Watch
Start and stop feeds, sleep and pumping from your wrist while you’re holding the baby. It syncs to your phone by itself, offline.
Siri
“Log a wet diaper.” “Start nursing.” “Start pumping.” It answers out loud which side it started, so you don’t have to look.
There is no server to trust.
This isn’t a policy promise — it’s how the app is built. Tiny Rhythm has no account system and no backend. Nothing about your baby is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go.
Back up whenever you like — the file goes to your own iCloud Drive or Files, and syncing between your iPhone and Watch happens directly between your devices.

Tiny Rhythm is in private testing. It isn’t on the App Store yet. If you’d like to hear when it launches, write to care@tiny-apps.app or use the contact form.
